Zusammenfassung

The North Face EMEA is seeking an exceptional Manager E-Commerce Content to join our Digital Marketplace team in Stabio, Switzerland. This role owns the EMEA eCommerce content strategy and leads end-to-end planning, creation and publication across all eCommerce touchpoints to ensure a consumer-centric brand experience.

You will translate priorities into actionable content plans, manage governance across markets, optimize performance with SEO and analytics, and develop a high-performing content

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in eCommerce Content, Digital Merchandising, Digital Marketing or related disciplines.
• Experience working within a global or multi-market eCommerce environment.
• Strong understanding of content strategy, digital merchandising, customer journeys and eCommerce best practices.
• Experience with CMS platforms, content governance and digital content production workflows.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and content performance optimization.
• Strong commercial mindset with the ability to balance brand, consumer and business objectives.
• Experience leveraging analytics and consumer insights to inform content decisions and measure impact.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate across Merchandising, Marketing, Creative, CRM, Product, UX and external agency partners.
• Excellent communication, organization and project management skills.
• Experience managing and developing teams.
• Ability to operate effectively in a fast‑paced, matrixed international organization.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Own the EMEA eCommerce Content Strategy and Roadmap.
• Lead End-to-End Content Planning & Execution across all eCommerce touchpoints (Homepage, PLPs, PDPs, Editorial Hubs, Landing Pages).
• Translate priorities into actionable content plans to support demand generation and conversion.
• Drive content governance with calendars, workflows, and stakeholder alignment across markets.
• Optimize content performance using SEO best practices and site analytics.
• Oversee content briefing, asset creation, localization and publication processes.
• Partner with Creative, Brand, CRM, Paid Media and agencies to ensure timely delivery of assets.
• Lead and develop a team of content professionals and foster collaboration.
