On is seeking a Senior Lead - Distributor Operations, EMEA, to define and execute the operational strategy for premium footwear, apparel, and accessories across distributor networks in the region. You will guide a dedicated team to align regional logistics with global standards and elevate orderbook management for sustainable growth.

You will collaborate with Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, and Logistics, leverage BI and ERP (D365), and lead a culture of excellence and mentorship.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of experience in operations, logistics or supply chain with premium consumer brands.
• 2+ years of direct people leadership across regional/distributor teams.
• Fluent English; strong data analysis and cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Lead long-term omni-channel distributor operations strategy across EMEA.
• Define distributor compliance, packaging standards, and labeling.
• Draft SOPs for regional sales, compliance, and product supply.
• Partner with Sales, Finance and Logistics to improve product flow.
• Analyze shipment data with BI tools and mitigate risks.
• Represent EMEA in ERP tests and program initiatives.
• Mentor and grow a high-performance cross-border team.
• Drive new ways of working to scale distributor ops.
