On is seeking a Program Manager - Global Distributor-led Store Business to scale our distributor-led retail footprint. You will bridge global strategy and local execution, ensuring stores deliver premium, consistent customer experiences across markets.

You will own the development of scalable operating frameworks, playbooks, and standards, partnering with global and regional teams to drive cross-market alignment and measurable results.

• Drive global Distributor-led (DMS) store strategy aligned with Global Retail strategy.
• Design and implement scalable operating frameworks for distributor markets.
• Develop and adapt DTC Retail playbooks for distributor-led stores across markets.
• Standardize KPIs and reporting; consolidate insights for global stakeholders.
• Identify and resolve in-store execution and operational gaps with cross-functional partners.
