On is seeking a Lead DC Operational Excellence to be the operational backbone across our global Distribution Center network, defining standard operating procedures and governing the 3PL performance framework to enable scalable, high‑velocity fulfillment.

You will drive channel‑specific operational scalability for Retail, B2B, and eCommerce, partner with logistics and sales leaders to optimize inventory control, process standardization, and cost-to-serve, while leading continuous improvement

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; master's preferred.
• 7+ years in logistics engineering or warehouse operations.
• Proven multi-site 3PL governance experience.
• Lean Six Sigma knowledge or certification desired.
• Fluent in English with strong communication to executives.

Aufgaben

• Define and harmonize global SOPs across 3PL sites.
• Own global operational audit cadence and reporting.
• Implement standardized inventory control procedures.
• Design and enforce 3PL performance framework and KPIs.
