You will drive the creation of scalable operating frameworks, standardized SOPs, and market-aligned KPIs, working with global and regional teams to ensure consistent performance across markets.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ years of experience in retail operations or distributor-led/partner-led models within a global brand.
• Strong project management and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience designing scalable retail playbooks, operational frameworks, and SOPs.

• Drive the global Distributor-led store strategy from planning to in-store execution.
• Collaborate with Global and Regional teams to design scalable operating frameworks.
• Develop and adapt distributor-led playbooks; drive cross-market alignment.
• Standardize KPIs and reporting; turn market insights into actionable data.
• Proactively identify and resolve in-store execution gaps with cross-functional partners.
