Medtronic in Lausanne, Vaud, Switzerland, seeks an Equipment Development Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for equipment development, manufacturing automation, and software engineering.

You will bridge R&D and Operations, drive cost-efficient manufacturing solutions from concept to high-volume production, shape automation roadmaps, and deliver strategic programs including product transfers and new product introductions.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Biomedical, Manufacturing, Industrial, or related field).
• Minimum 10 years of engineering experience in medical devices or high-volume industries.
• Minimum 5 years of people leadership experience.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Experience in product industrialization, process development, manufacturing engineering, or automation.
• Strong project and stakeholder management capabilities.
