Zusammenfassung

ALTEN Switzerland AG seeks an Electrical Engineer to drive a major rolling stock modernization program in a production environment. You will provide electrical engineering support, ensure adherence to technical requirements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams across development, production and fleet management.

The role requires an electrical engineering degree, strong knowledge of electrical documentation and QA, and fluency in French with English proficiency.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in electrical systems engineering, industrial production or rolling stock projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical documentation, specs, QA processes and production support.
• Experience creating work instructions, procedures and QC documentation.
• Ability to work in multidisciplinary and international project environments.
• Hands-on approach to implementing new equipment and processes.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent French; English required; German advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Provide electrical engineering support to the production team for a rolling stock modernization program.
• Ensure implementation of technical requirements and guidelines across production.
• Collaborate with development teams, production, system engineers and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain electrical production documentation, work instructions and QA checklists.
• Support introduction of new production activities with technical expertise and standards compliance.
• Qualify, validate and implement new tools, equipment and processes.
• Act as the technical interface between production, fleet management and engineering.
• Contribute to successful delivery of the program by resolving technical challenges and driving improvements.
