Alstom Villeneuve site seeks an experienced Electrical Process & Manufacturing Engineering Manager to lead the electrical manufacturing engineering activities, including wiring harness manufacturing, electrical integration, crimping, shielding and grounding.

You will drive industrialization and continuous improvement across the site, reporting to the Site Process & Manufacturing Engineering Manager and partnering with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifikationen

  • Proven track record leading electrical manufacturing teams in an industrial setting.
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of wiring harnesses, crimping, shielding and grounding technologies.

  • Lead the Electrical Process & Manufacturing Engineering team and drive industrialization.
  • Deploy electrical manufacturing standards, methods and processes across the site.
  • Ensure robustness of cabling, harness manufacturing, electrical integration and testing.

Could you be the full-time Electrical Process & Manufacturing Engineering Manager in Villeneuve we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your leadership and electrical manufacturing expertise in a cutting-edge railway environment. You'll report to the Site Process & Manufacturing Engineering Manager and work alongside proactive and agile teammates.

You'll lead the Electrical Process & Methods team, drive industrialization activities, ensure robust electrical manufacturing processes and support operational excellence across the site.

We're looking for a hands-on leader who combines strong electrical manufacturing expertise with a proactive mindset. The successful candidate will be expected to drive change, challenge existing practices, inspire teams and actively contribute to the transformation and continuous improvement of Villeneuve's industrial performance.

You’ll specifically take care of electrical manufacturing engineering activities, including wiring harness manufacturing, electrical integration, crimping, shielding, grounding, special processes and industrial performance.

We'll look to you for:
  • Manage and develop the Electrical Process & Manufacturing Engineering team.
  • Deploy electrical manufacturing standards, methods and industrialization processes.
  • Ensure robustness of cabling, harness manufacturing, electrical integration and testing activities.
  • Support production through technical expertise, problem solving and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure qualification and compliance of electrical special processes and associated documentation.
  • Drive productivity, quality, safety and delivery performance through APSYS, QRQC and Lean methodologies.
All About You
  • Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in Manufacturing Engineering, Process Engineering or Industrialization.
  • Experience managing technical teams in an industrial environment.
  • Strong expertise in electrical manufacturing, wiring harnesses, crimping technologies, connectors, shielding and grounding techniques.
  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, QRQC, PFMEA and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate challenges and initiate actions.
  • Dynamic and inspiring leader capable of creating momentum and engagement within teams.
  • Strong ownership, accountability and results-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo and drive sustainable improvements.
  • Force of proposal, bringing innovative and pragmatic solutions to industrial challenges.
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and lead teams through change.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving industrial environment.
  • Knowledge of Quality, EHS and railway industry requirements is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English. French and/or German would be an advantage.
