Your Responsibilities
- Provide electrical engineering support to the production team for a major rolling stock modernization program.
- Ensure the implementation of technical requirements and engineering guidelines throughout the production process.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, production personnel, system engineers, fleet stakeholders, and cross-functional project teams.
- Develop and maintain electrical production documentation, including work instructions, quality checklists, and vehicle technical documentation.
- Support the introduction of new production activities by providing technical expertise and ensuring compliance with engineering standards.
- Qualify, validate, and implement new industrial production tools, equipment, and processes.
- Act as the technical interface between production, fleet management, and engineering teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Contribute to the successful delivery of a strategically important vehicle modernization program by resolving technical challenges and driving continuous improvement initiatives.
Your Profile
- Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline.
- Experience in electrical systems engineering, industrial production, manufacturing engineering, or rolling stock/transportation projects.
- Strong understanding of electrical documentation, technical specifications, quality assurance processes, and production support activities.
- Experience creating work instructions, technical procedures, and quality control documentation.
- Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary and international project environments.
- Hands-on approach with the capability to support the implementation of new industrial equipment and production processes.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience acting as a technical liaison between engineering and production teams is highly desirable.
- Fluent French is mandatory (written and spoken). English proficiency is required; German is considered an advantage.
