Qualifikationen

• University degree required in Safety, Environmental, or related field.
• Experience with MSST/ASA and ISO 14001/45001.
• Experience in FMCG environment.
• Analytical problem-solving with pragmatic approach.
• Ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong knowledge of HSE management systems and compliance.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Strong project management and continuous improvement mindset.
• Passion for sustainability and environmental stewardship.

Aufgaben

• Lead safety and environmental risk assessments and incident investigations.
• Develop and deploy safety training and awareness initiatives.
• Support audits, regulatory inspections, and compliance activities.
• Drive continuous improvement of HS&E systems and processes.

• Engage with authorities and community partners on compliance and sustainability.
