Takeda in Neuchâtel, Switzerland seeks an experienced Environment, Health and Safety Specialist to prevent harm and ensure site compliance with Swiss EHS regulations and Takeda standards. You will partner with senior leaders to drive a proactive safety culture and strengthen risk management across operations.

This site-based role focuses on Construction Safety, Contractor Safety, Fire Protection and Emergency Response planning, reporting to the site EHS Head.

Qualifikationen

• Degree or equivalent qualification in Environmental Science, Health & Safety, Engineering, Fire Protection, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications in occupational safety (STPS) and fire protection (AEAI) are highly desirable.

Aufgaben

• Coach managers and employees on effective EHS leadership and safe work practices.
• Identify and mitigate workplace hazards through risk assessments.
• Lead fire protection, emergency response planning, and drills.
• Oversee contractor safety, RAMS, permits-to-work, and onboarding.
• Support audits, regulatory inspections, and EHS system improvements.
