OM Pharma, based in Geneva, seeks a Safety & Environment Engineer in Meyrin to lead and improve site safety and environmental programs. You will work directly with the Head of Engineering & Technical Projects and cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory alignment and continuous improvement.

The role combines hands-on operations with strategic leadership, requiring a strong safety culture and proactive relationship-building with regulators and stakeholders.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field.
• Mandatory certification as a Safety Officer or Safety Engineer per CFST Directive.
• 3–5 years in Safety & Environment management within manufacturing or process industries; pharma exposure is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 regulations and management systems.
• Fluent French with good English (written and spoken).

Aufgaben

• Lead and deploy the site's Safety & Environment strategy, ensuring compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and ISO 14001/45001 standards.
• Manage and improve prevention programs and foster a strong safety culture across the organization.
• Conduct safety and environmental inspections, coordinate audits, and liaise with regulatory authorities.
• Monitor regulatory developments and implement required compliance measures.
• Organise SE Committees, coordinate action plans, and track KPIs.
• Plan, coordinate and deliver training on safety and environmental matters.
