Job summary

The North Face is offering a 12‑month Ecommerce Intern position at our VF EMEA Headquarters in Stabio, Switzerland. You will rotate across the Digital Marketplace Team, gaining exposure to content creation, website merchandising, digital marketing, marketplaces and customer experience.

Start date is February 1st, 2027 with a full‑time schedule. The program emphasizes hands‑on learning, cross‑functional exposure and networking with peers and senior leadership within the VF group.

Qualifications

• Graduating after Nov 1, 2026 or student status as of Feb 1, 2027
• EU/EEA citizenship required
• Fluent English; German/Italian a bonus

Responsibilities

• Onboard seasonal ranges across marketplaces (Zalando, JD Sports, ASOS).
• Review product descriptions and support onboarding/translation.
• Manage product listings and internal search results; ensure popular products are available.
• Assist digital marketing budgeting and email calendar.
• Review user journey and checkout to identify pain points.
• Support resale program operations and product intake coordination.
