EF Language Abroad in Zurich is seeking a Paid Social Specialist to drive dynamic ad production across Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Reddit. You'll design templates, personalise messages, and ensure on-brand creative across markets.

You will work with marketing and analytics to test ideas, optimize performance, and maintain a library of reusable assets while adhering to EF's brand guidelines.

Qualifikationen

• At least 2 years of paid social creative production or performance design experience.
• Hands-on expertise with Smartly.io or a comparable platform.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or Figma.
• Knowledge of platform specs and best practices for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Reddit.
• Strong cross-functional communication to share insights with teams.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and manage dynamic ad templates and creative assets in Smartly.io.
• Produce personalized, data-driven ad variations at scale.
• Collaborate with marketing/brand teams to translate briefs into concepts.
• Maintain and improve a library of reusable ad templates for languages/markets.
• Design and run A/B and multivariate creative tests.
• Monitor creative performance and inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with paid social managers, creative and analytics teams.
• Support weekly and monthly performance reviews with insights.
• Ensure all assets comply with platform specs and EF brand guidelines.
