Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of paid social creative production or performance design experience.
• Hands-on with Smartly.io or a similar creative automation tool.
• Strong visual design skills and platform-native ad creation.

Aufgaben

• Design, build, and manage dynamic ad templates and assets in Smartly.io.
• Produce personalised, data-driven ad variations at scale for multiple audiences.
• Collaborate with marketing and brand teams on visual concepts and formats.
• Build and maintain a library of reusable templates for languages and markets.
• Design and run structured A/B and multivariate tests across formats and audiences.
• Monitor creative performance and provide insights for improvements.
• Work with paid social managers, creative and analytics teams to align goals.
• Contribute to weekly and monthly performance reviews with insights.
• Ensure compliance with platform specs and EF brand guidelines.
