Swatch Group is seeking a Social Media Specialist to oversee the brand's organic presence across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and more.

You will develop and manage a global social media calendar, partner with Marketing to define content needs, and drive social-first content with internal and external teams. You will monitor performance, optimize growth, and support local markets and influencer initiatives to amplify the brand's voice.

Aufgaben

• Lead day-to-day management of organic social media across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn and emerging platforms.
• Develop and maintain the global social media calendar in line with brand priorities, campaigns, partners and product launches.
• Work closely with marketing teams to define content needs and identify assets and formats for social media.
• Drive the creation of dedicated social-first content with internal teams, agencies and external partners.
• Maximize the organic visibility of partnerships, ambassadors and key events through social media content and activations.
• Monitor and analyze social media performance and proactively identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
• Support influencer and creator initiatives, from profile identification to content coordination and amplification.
• Support and guide local markets in highlighting key local events on social media, in line with the global brand strategy.
• Collaborate with Customer Care to monitor comments, direct messages and community feedback.
• Monitor social media trends and platform developments to identify new opportunities.
• Analyze social media account performances with proactive suggestions and improvements.
• Support digital marketing projects and initiatives.
