Zusammenfassung

BCIC Swiss GmbH is seeking a Deskside Support Specialist for on-site IT support in Switzerland. The role involves hands-on IT hardware/software help, 2 days per week on-site visits, and an 8am–5pm work window.

You will diagnose incidents, install and configure desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals, and support Microsoft 365 services while ensuring SLA targets are met. Fluency in French and English is required, and a valid Swiss permit/work authorization is essential.

• Provide Level 2 technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
• Diagnose and resolve incidents escalated from Level 1 support.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Troubleshoot Windows, macOS, and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Manage user accounts, permissions, and groups in Active Directory and Azure AD.
• Configure and support printers, scanners, VPNs, and other endpoint devices.
• Perform software installations, upgrades, patches, and system updates.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP, and wireless connectivity issues.
• Deploy and image computers using standard deployment tools.
• Support Microsoft 365 services, including Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Monitor and maintain endpoint security and antivirus solutions.
• Deliver excellent customer service while meeting SLA and response time targets
