Job Description

Strategic Direction

• Shape and implement the Food & Beverage strategy in line with the hotel's luxury positioning and brand values
• Continuously enhance the dining concepts to maintain their relevance and competitive edge
• Partner closely with the Executive Chef and hotel leadership to develop distinctive culinary and beverage experiences

Operational Excellence

• Lead the day-to-day performance of all F&B operations, including restaurants, bars, lounges, in-room dining and banqueting
• Ensure consistent delivery of exceptional service across every outlet
• Maintain a visible, hands‑on presence and support teams during key service periods
• Improve operational processes while balancing service quality, cost efficiency and revenue growth

Commercial & Financial Performance

• Take ownership of budgeting, forecasting and the overall F&B P&L
• Identify opportunities to increase revenue and profitability through pricing, cost control and outlet optimization
• Monitor key performance indicators and take appropriate action to improve results

Team Leadership

• Lead, motivate and develop a large, multicultural F&B team
• Build a culture based on collaboration, accountability and high performance
• Coach department leaders and support the development of internal talent
• Ensure teams are equipped to consistently deliver luxury service standards

Guest Experience

• Create memorable and highly personalized experiences for an international luxury clientele
• Engage regularly with guests and maintain a strong presence throughout the operation
• Respond proactively to feedback and translate insights into service improvements

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all operations comply with health, safety, hygiene and regulatory requirements
• Maintain outstanding standards of quality, presentation and service delivery across the division

The Successful Applicant

• Significant experience as an F&B Director or Assistant F&B Director within a luxury hotel or palace environment is essential
• Proven experience leading complex, multi-outlet F&B operations combining high volume with premium positioning
• Strong financial expertise, including responsibility for substantial budgets and P&L management
• Demonstrated success in leading and developing large teams in demanding hospitality environments
• Excellent understanding of international luxury guests and their service expectations
• A strategic mindset combined with a highly operational and hands‑on leadership style
• Fluent English and French are mandatory, Italian or German a plus
• Additional languages (e.g., German, Italian) are a plus
• Charismatic and engaging leader with strong communication skills
• Passionate about hospitality, service excellence and innovation
• Detail‑oriented, adaptable and resilient in a fast‑paced environment
• Guest‑focused, approachable and comfortable being present in daily operations
