Qualifikationen

• Graduating after November 1, 2026 or student status as of February 1, 2027.
• EU/EEA citizenship required.
• Interest in retail tech and GenAI

Aufgaben

• Support the analysis and documentation of retail technology processes (store systems, OMS, clienteling, omnichannel flows).
• Contribute to GenAI initiatives, including use‑case discovery, functional analysis, prompt experimentation, and performance evaluation.
• Assist in translating business and user needs into functional requirements and solution concepts.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, data teams, and business stakeholders across EMEA.
• Contribute to data analysis, dashboards, or insight generation to support informed decision‑making.
• Support pilot initiatives, proof‑of‑concepts, and continuous improvement activities related to digital retail platforms.
