Job summary

VF EMEA in Stabio, Switzerland, offers a 12‑month Digital Retail Technology & GenAI Intern position starting February 1, 2027. The role focuses on GenAI use cases, data‑driven decision making, and retail technology innovation across stores and omnichannel platforms.

You will work with cross‑functional teams in an Agile, product‑driven environment and gain hands‑on experience in enterprise retail tech and AI‑powered transformation.

Qualifications

• Graduating after November 1, 2026 or student status as of February 1, 2027.
• EU/EEA citizenship required.
• Interest in retail tech and GenAI

Responsibilities

• Support the analysis and documentation of retail technology processes (store systems, OMS, clienteling, omnichannel flows).
• Contribute to GenAI initiatives, including use‑case discovery, functional analysis, prompt experimentation, and performance evaluation.
• Assist in translating business and user needs into functional requirements and solution concepts.
• Collaborate with product owners, engineers, data teams, and business stakeholders across EMEA.
• Contribute to data analysis, dashboards, or insight generation to support informed decision‑making.
• Support pilot initiatives, proof‑of‑concepts, and continuous improvement activities related to digital retail platforms.
