Job summary

Vans is seeking a Product Development Intern for the Apparel Product Development Team at our EMEA HQ in Stabio, Switzerland. This 12-month, full-time internship offers hands-on experience from concept to commercialization and exposure to 3D workflows, costing analysis, and AI-enabled product creation tools.

You will work with cross-functional teams, manage samples and data, contribute to Tech Pack, BOM, and digital product information, and learn how digital product creation accelerates apparel

Qualifications

• Must be graduating after November 1st, 2026 or have student status as of February 1st, 2027.
• Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication.
• Interest in apparel product development and digital product creation.
• Ability to work with data and analytical tools to support product decisions.
• Familiarity with 3D and AI-driven solutions is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support the Product Development team throughout the seasonal development process, managing samples, product information and development milestones.
• Contribute to Tech Pack, BOM and product data management activities to ensure accurate and timely execution.
• Participate in physical and virtual product reviews, assisting with sample evaluation and product validation activities.
• Collaborate with Design, Merchandising, Technical Development, Sourcing and Vendor teams to support product execution and delivery.
• Support the creation, organization and review of 3D product assets and digital product information.
• Assist with costing analysis, cost tracking and product construction reviews to identify opportunities for optimization while maintaining product integrity.
• Explore and leverage AI‑enabled tools that improve efficiency, data accuracy and product development workflows.
