Job summary

Timberland, part of VF, offers a 12‑month EMEA internship in Stabio to develop apparel products using 3D workflows and AI‑driven tools. You will work across seasonal development, costing and digital product creation with international teams.

You will gain hands‑on experience in product execution, data analysis, and AI‑enabled innovation, contributing to both traditional development and next‑generation digital workflows.

Qualifications

• Graduating after November 1, 2026 or student status as of Feb 1, 2027.
• EU/EEA citizenship required.
• Fluent in English.
• Interest in apparel product development and digital design.

Responsibilities

• Support seasonal development and sample management.
• Assist with 3D product assets and digital workflows.
• Contribute to cost analysis and product reviews.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across design, sourcing and merchandising.
• Participate in AI‑enabled tool exploration.
• Support internal reviews and product validation.
