Job summary

VF Corporation’s EMEA HQ in Stabio, Switzerland, invites applications for a 12-month Digital Marketing Automation Intern role. The program focuses on leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud, building 1:1 Journeys, and learning through hands-on projects with the EMEA Digital Activation Team.

You will gain exposure to Journey Builder, Automation Studio, AmpScript, and data extensions while working in a hybrid, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or completed degree in a related field (Digital Marketing/ Economics/ CS).
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification is a plus.
• Additional digital marketing certificates or training are advantageous.
• Fluent in English with strong writing and oral skills; knowledge of German/French/Italian is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support customer journeys: assist brands with Journey Builder operations and new triggers under supervision.
• Automation Studio: write SQL queries and build data filters to segment the customer base.
• Email Personalization: create dynamic, personalized emails using AmpScript and data.
• Contact Builder: maintain data extensions in Marketing Cloud aligned with the Data Model.
• Reporting and Analytics: help prepare standard and customized KPI reports.
