Qualifikationen

• Degree from a University of Applied Sciences (FH) or higher education in Electrical Engineering.
• Practical knowledge in electronics, power electronics, PV systems, inverters and battery storage.
• Good IT skills and familiarity with digital service systems.
• Experience with inverters, BESS, commissioning or troubleshooting is advantageous.
• Customer-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Aufgaben

• Visit customer sites across Switzerland to provide technical troubleshooting and service support.
• Perform and supervise system commissioning and installation activities on-site.
• Provide remote technical support for Smart PV products, including C&I and Utility solutions and Data Center facilities.
• Handle and register customer service requests through the management system.
• Analyze issues, identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
• Coordinate with customers, installers and internal technical teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Monitor and track service cases from registration to resolution.
• Support commissioning, troubleshooting and optimization of inverter and BESS systems.
• Maintain clear technical communication and professional customer service throughout the process.
• Contribute to high customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Maintain accurate documentation of service activities, findings and solutions.
