Qualifikationen

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for photovoltaic inverters, battery energy storage systems, and related products.
• Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues remotely via phone, email, and online support tools.
• Register, prioritize, and manage support cases in the ticketing system.
• Identify root causes and deliver effective solutions within agreed service levels.
• Escalate complex technical issues to specialist teams when required and coordinate the resolution process.
• Guide customers and installers during commissioning, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Maintain accurate documentation of customer interactions and technical solutions.
• Collaborate closely with internal engineering, service, and sales teams to ensure efficient issue resolution.
• Support continuous improvement by sharing technical knowledge and identifying recurring issues.
• Travel occasionally to customer sites for troubleshooting, commissioning support, or technical training.

Your Profile

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a comparable technical qualification (HF/FH, Bachelor's degree, or equivalent apprenticeship with relevant experience).
• Experience or strong interest in photovoltaic systems, inverters, battery energy storage systems (BESS), or power electronics.
• Good understanding of electrical systems and basic networking/IT concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers via phone and email in a professional manner.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an international team.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite technical support.
• Fluent in English and German. French is considered a strong advantage.
