Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, Renewable Energy, or equivalent.
• Experience or strong interest in PV systems, inverters, BESS, or power electronics.
• Good understanding of electrical systems and basic networking/IT concepts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with structured troubleshooting.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for onsite support.
• Fluent in English and German; French is a strong advantage.

Aufgaben

• Provide first-level technical support for photovoltaic inverters and battery energy storage systems.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues remotely via phone, email, and online tools.
• Register and manage support cases in the ticketing system.
• Identify root causes and deliver solutions within service levels.
• Escalate complex issues to specialists and coordinate resolutions.
• Guide customers during commissioning and configuration.
• Document customer interactions and technical solutions accurately.
• Collaborate with engineering, service, and sales teams to resolve issues.
• Share knowledge to support continuous improvement.
• Occasionally travel to customer sites for troubleshooting and training.
