Job summary
AO Foundation is seeking a Digital Transformation & Enablement Expert to shape how branding and corporate communications operate across a global organization. You will enhance digital platforms, optimize workflows and implement scalable solutions in partnership with IT and business teams.
Responsibilities include leading digital enablement initiatives, developing governance materials, and delivering reporting dashboards.
Qualifications
- Degree in Business Information Systems, Digital Business, Communications Technology or related discipline.
- Experience with digital platforms, CMS, DAM solutions or workflow automation tools.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
- Experience implementing digital transformation, automation or AI initiatives.
- Strong understanding of process optimization and workflow design.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical digital solutions.
- Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Fluent English; German language is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage and continuously improve branding and corporate communications platforms (DAM, brand portals, CMS, publishing environments).
- Support and improve digital workplace solutions within Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
- Design and optimize workflows, publishing processes and operational standards.
- Identify, evaluate and implement automation and AI-supported tools with IT/business stakeholders.
- Lead digital enablement initiatives from concept to adoption.
- Develop training materials, governance docs and self-service resources for users.
- Act as key business liaison for selected platforms with IT and business teams.
- Develop and maintain reporting frameworks and dashboards for data access and insights.
- Collaborate with branding, design and corporate communications to support content workflows.
