Job summary
AO Foundation is seeking a Digital Transformation & Enablement Expert in Davos to shape how branding and corporate communications operate globally. You will improve digital platforms and workflows, drive automation and AI-supported tooling, and lead enablement initiatives with IT and business partners.
You will develop governance materials, provide self-service resources, and maintain reporting dashboards to enable teams to work efficiently and consistently.
Qualifications
- The role requires a degree in a related discipline and experience with digital platforms and CMS.
- Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online and automation tools.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical digital solutions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and improve branding & corporate communications platforms and publishing environments.
- Support and improve digital workplace solutions within Microsoft 365 and SharePoint Online.
- Design workflows and publishing processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Identify and implement automation and AI-supported tools in partnership with IT.
- Lead digital enablement initiatives from concept through adoption.
- Develop governance docs and self-service resources for users.
- Act as liaison for platforms, collaborating with IT and business teams.
- Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with branding, design, and communications teams on workflows.
