Qualifikationen

• Fluency in English (oral and written).
• Experience working with Medical Affairs and Commercial leaders across therapeutic areas.
• Certifications in leading CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP CRM).
• Background in consulting, project management, or business analysis within Life Sciences.

• Lead digital transformation initiatives integrating Real-World Evidence (RWE) and analytics to demonstrate product value.
• Develop and execute omnichannel engagement strategies aligning Medical Affairs and Commercial teams for HCPs.
• Utilize AI and analytics to generate actionable insights and optimize customer engagement across digital channels.
• Architect and oversee digital ecosystems including HCP and patient portals for improved CX and scientific exchange.
• Drive launch excellence with agile, data-driven content strategies communicating value to payers, providers and patients.
