Alcon is seeking an experienced e-commerce and digital marketing leader to shape international growth across markets and channels. You will translate strategy into high-impact programs, optimize performance through data and scale best practices globally.

You will partner with the Director to drive content, platform optimization, CRM opportunities and cross-functional activation, ensuring an consumer-led and commercially effective digital agenda for MyAlcon and related platforms.

Qualifications

• Significant e-commerce and digital marketing experience contributing to strategy and leading multi-market activation.
• Expertise in digital shelf content, retailer activation, and online journeys.
• Strong analytical skills to measure ROI and optimize campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Shape the international e-commerce and digital growth agenda into scalable programs.
• Lead e-commerce campaigns and digital programs aligned with priorities.
• Drive MyAlcon.com optimization for Focus Markets including content, SEO, journeys and conversion.
• Act as the international e-commerce subject-matter expert and provide guidance to markets.
