Qualifikationen

• Hands-on approach with strong teamwork and customer focus.

Aufgaben

• Operate and monitor data centre infrastructure, power, cooling, network, security systems and access control.
• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance and fault resolution.
• Analyse and resolve issues with the NOC and partners.
• Deliver customer installations, environment expansions and remote hands services.
• Support infrastructure components such as racks, cabling, cold aisle containment and facility systems.
• Manage external service providers and ensure professional standards.
• Maintain technical documentation and asset records for audits and compliance.
• Identify and implement improvements to operations, processes and infrastructure.
• Participate in the on-site on-call rota.
