Hitachi Energy is seeking an experienced Territory Sales and Marketing Manager to lead sales and marketing of the Insulation and Components portfolio in the DACH region. The role can be based in Germany or Switzerland, with travel up to 40% for international business.

You will liaise with I&C factories globally, manage budgets, and deliver technical trainings to customers and partners, driving growth across multiple countries and applications.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in a technical discipline (Electrical/Mechanical) or business qualification.
• 10+ years of international sales and marketing experience.
• Strong German and English, both written and spoken.

Aufgaben

• Sell and market the I&C portfolio for 3rd party transformer OEMs in recommended countries.
• Deliver forecast and OR budget for all applicable I&C factories and customers.
• Provide technical trainings and coordinate with I&C factories globally.
