Job summary

iCapital is seeking a Vice President to drive business development for Wealth Managers in the DACH region, based in Zurich. You will build pipelines, onboard clients, and educate on Private Markets, partnering with Legal, Compliance, and product teams to ensure a seamless service experience.

Fluent English, German, and French are required, with 8–10 years in asset/wealth management. The role offers a hybrid work model with four days in the office and one remote day.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years in asset/wealth management with client interaction.
• Exposure to Private Equity or Private Markets is preferred.
• Proactive, detail oriented with strong analytical skills.
• Fluent English, German and French for client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Support EMEA Client Solutions in executing DACH business development strategy.
• Develop and manage a robust pipeline of Wealth Manager clients.
• Lead onboarding of wealth managers with legal/compliance teams.
• Educate clients on Private Markets and iCapital solutions.
• Provide market feedback and insights to global teams.
• Serve as relationship manager delivering exceptional client experience.
