Job summary

Deutsche Bank AG in Zurich seeks a Junior Relationship Manager to support the growth of its Wealth Management franchise. You will manage and nurture client relationships, delivering tailored wealth solutions and contributing to business development.

You will work with Investment Managers and Product Partners to provide holistic client experiences while ensuring compliant onboarding and ongoing reviews. English fluency is required; German is a plus. CFA/MBA advantageous.

Qualifications

• Minimum several years in Private Banking or Wealth Management.
• Experience with HNW/UHNW clients.
• Understanding of wealth planning and lending.
• Knowledge of Swiss regulatory requirements.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience using AI tools to improve productivity.
• English fluency; German or Polish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop relationships with HNW/UHNW clients as primary contact.
• Drive acquisition and assets under management by identifying client needs.
• Collaborate with Investment Managers, Lending Specialists and Product Partners.
• Coordinate onboarding, reviews and lifecycle activities with KYC/AFC teams.
• Ensure regulatory, AML and risk requirements are met.
• Represent Deutsche Bank at client events and market initiatives.
