xorlab AG in Zürich, Switzerland, is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to guide customers through onboarding, PoVs, email attack simulations, and security-driven demos to maximize value and protection with our product.

You will act at the intersection of engineering, customer success, and sales, own the full lifecycle, collaborate with the product team, and resolve issues proactively in a fast-paced startup.

Qualifikationen

• Solid IT background with degree in Computer Science or similar.
• Strong German and English skills (spoken and written).
• At least 2 years of relevant customer-facing experience.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript or Bash.
• Experience with Postman and Git.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn quickly and adapt.
• Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Bonus: knowledge of SMTP, email threat defense, Linux CLI and networking basics.

• Guide customers through onboarding, demos, PoVs and email attack simulations.
• Maintain strong, proactive relationships and anticipate issues.
• Drive timely resolutions of customer issues.
• Interface with product development to translate needs into features.
• Analyze production problems and mitigate root causes.
