Zusammenfassung

xorlab AG, based in Zurich, is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to guide customers through onboarding to long-term success, owning outcomes across engineering, customer success, and sales.

You will resolve issues, communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and help customers maximize product value and security in a fast-paced startup environment with a hybrid Zurich office.

Qualifikationen

• Solid technical IT background with CS degree.
• Strong German and English skills (spoken and written).
• 2+ years of relevant work experience, ideally customer-facing.
• Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, or Bash.
• Experience with tools like Postman, Git, or similar debugging tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Able to learn new technologies quickly.
• Enjoy working closely with customers and taking ownership.
• Able to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Guide new customers through the full customer journey and enable them to maximize product value and security through technical demos, PoVs, email attack simulations, and onboarding.
• Maintain a strong and mutually appreciated relationship with our customers and anticipate issues early
• Manage and drive satisfactory resolutions of customer issues
• Interface with the customer as well as the product development team to identify customer needs and turn them into value-adding product features
• Analyze problems in production to find and mitigate the root causes
