Open Systems in Zürich, Switzerland is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to design, install, and operate globally deployed network security solutions. You will advise customers from concept to production and serve as the technical voice between development and sales.
You will learn the Open Systems service portfolio, engage with customer staff, and deploy services in coordination with the client, including onboarding and high-quality support. Occasional work at our Hawaii center is possible.

As a Customer Success Engineer you will work together with national and international organizations to design, install and operate globally deployed network security solutions. You will analyze the needs of customers and advise, design and deploy solutions from the concept phase all the way to production deployment and operations, in close cooperation with the organization. In addition, you will be the interface between development and sales acting as the technical voice of your customers.
You have a degree in Computer Science or a related field or extensive experience in the field of networking and cybersecurity. You have experience directly in Technical Customer Success Engineering, professional services, solution architecture, or technical consulting. Your bring a technical mindset combined with a customer-first consulting approach, and enjoy the combination of technology and communication skills. You are highly motivated to learn new skills and expand your existing theoretical and practical knowledge in training programs offered by internal domain experts and team colleagues, and you bring some of the following skills to the table:
