Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end escalation resolution by coordinating across Engineering, Product, Sales, and executives.
• Provide data-driven strategic recommendations to internal leaders and customer executives.
• Quantify business impact of risks to prioritize actions and timelines.
• Deliver clear status updates to customer leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Analyze incidents to identify systemic improvements across processes and products.
• Align matrixed teams to manage customer expectations transparently.
