Zusammenfassung

HCLTech is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to deliver cyber hygiene, vulnerability remediation, and patch compliance for Branch Technology applications within a designated country branch. You will lead country-level remediation, coordinate across IT, security and business teams, and govern changes to meet CSO timelines.

The role emphasizes strong stakeholder management, risk awareness, and reporting on remediation status, with readiness to support weekend or after-hours activities as needed.

Qualifikationen

• 5–10 years of experience in IT Operations, Infrastructure Management, Application Support, Cyber Security Operations, or Technical Delivery Management.
• Proven experience managing enterprise-wide remediation and patch management programs.
• Experience in highly regulated environments with strong compliance and governance requirements.

Aufgaben

• Own and drive country-level remediation performance and compliance metrics for Branch Technology applications.
• Maintain and govern a comprehensive patching calendar covering all Branch Technology applications within the branch.
• Coordinate application operations, infrastructure, and security teams to ensure timely remediation delivery.
• Plan, schedule, and oversee execution of security patching activities and vulnerability remediation.
• Manage end-to-end change governance processes including UAT changes, production changes, and DR changes.
• Ensure implementation plans, rollback procedures, and approvals are documented and compliant with organizational standards.
• Provide regular reporting on remediation status, compliance performance, risks, and key metrics.
• Escalate risks and issues to relevant stakeholders and leadership teams.
