Allps GmbH is seeking an IT & Security Operational Engineer to join our team. The role focuses on hands-on execution, remediation, and maintaining security hygiene across endpoints, assets, and platforms.

You will drive reduction of backlog, close findings, and keep systems compliant while collaborating with IT, Security, and R&D for timely issue resolution. You will deploy and maintain security tooling (EDR, agents, monitoring), manage endpoint configuration, patching, and software deployment

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years hands-on experience in IT security operations.
• Experience with endpoint management and patching; vulnerability remediation.
• Experience deploying security tooling (EDR, scanners, agents) and asset management concepts/tools.

Aufgaben

• Provide L1/L2 support for endpoint and security-related issues (Windows, macOS, Linux).
• Execute remediation tasks based on vulnerability management findings, security platform alerts, and asset management gaps.
• Deploy and maintain security tooling (EDR, agents, monitoring).
• Manage endpoint configuration, patching, and software deployment; ensure device compliance and policy enforcement.
• Keep asset inventory accurate; track and close remediation tasks with validation; follow runbooks and maintain operational documentation.
• Collaborate with IT, Security, and R&D for issue resolution.
