Job summary

IATA is seeking an organized intern to join the Clearing House Customer Success team for 6–11 months. You will support onboarding, training, and adoption efforts, helping members realize value and engagement.

Reporting to the ICH Senior Customer Success Manager, you will collaborate with Sales and Marketing, participate in onboarding activities, and help define processes for specific markets, contributing to a diverse, aviation-focused environment.

Qualifications

• University degree, business school or engineering (within one year of graduation).
• Enthusiast about aviation sector.
• Understanding of technology, EDI, XML, ERP integration a plus.
• Basic knowledge of accounting and financial processes.
• Good communication skills and Excel knowledge.
• Excellent English language skills.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to customer success and product adoption, helping customers to realize measurable value while supporting revenue and volume growth.
• Support onboarding, training, testing and change-management activities to accelerate adoption and ensure successful implementation.
• Help in coordinating new process definition for specific markets
