IATA Consulting in Genf, Switzerland is offering an internship focused on Data Analytics and Dashboard Development within Corporate Services. You will develop Power BI dashboards, prepare FP&A packs, and support data-driven decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

The role emphasizes data preparation, reporting design, and collaboration with FP&A partners to automate and standardize processes. This is a flexible, hybrid role with learning opportunities in analytics and finance.

Formación

• Recent graduate in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (within 12 months).
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for data modelling and presentations.
• Experience with data analytics, dashboard development, and automation tools (Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate, SQL, Python).

Responsabilidades

• Data Analytics and Dashboard Development: Create Power BI dashboards and reports to support governance and decision-making.
• Data Preparation and Validation: Maintain FP&A report packs and ensure data integrity.
• Reporting Design and Enhancement: Improve FP&A reports and dashboards for usability and insight.
• Planning and Reporting Template production: Develop standardized Excel templates for reporting cycles.
• Ad-hoc Contributions: Support projects and financial analyses as needed.

IATA Corporateservices (CS) encompass Corporate Finance, Treasury and Tax, Financial Planning& Analysis (FP&A), Global Finance Operations, Corporate Risk andCompliance, Corporate Administration and Procurement activities.
Join our Corporate Services division to help build the next generation Financeorganization for IATA. What your day would be like

Data Analytics and Dashboard Development
Develop Power BI dashboards, reports, and visualizations that supportproject governance and strategic decision-making.
Consolidate and analyze data from multiple sources to deliver actionableinsights on project portfolio performance.
Support the implementation of automated reporting solutions andself-service Power BI capabilities for stakeholders.
Data Preparationand Validation
Prepare, update, and maintain monthly, forecast, and budget FP&A reportpacks across IATA Settlement Services, P&S, and Divisional reporting.
Perform data validation and transformation to ensure integrity, completeness,and accuracy across all datasets and reporting outputs.

Reporting Designand Enhancement
Support the development, updates and continuous improvement of FP&A reportsand dashboards to enhance usability and analytical value.
Enhance existing reporting processes to improve efficiency, reduce manual work,and increase data reliability.

Planning andReporting Template production and maintenance
Develop and maintain standardized Excel templates used for recurring reportingcycles and financial submissions.
Ensure templates are user‑friendly, consistent, and aligned with FP&A reporting standards.

Ad‑hocContribution to Projects and Business Partner Support
Contribute to projects, financial analyses, and process‑improvement initiativesas needed.
Support FP&A business partners on analysis and reporting.
Provide support to the FP&A team on emerging priorities.

We would love to hear from you if

• Recent graduate in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field(within 12 months of graduation)
• Prior experience in Finance, Auditing, or Financial analysis isdesirable
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills for data modelling and presentations
• Experience with data analytics, dashboard development, and automation tools(e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Power Automate, SQL, or Python) is highly desirable
• Strong interest in data visualization, process automation, andtransforming complex datasets into actionable management insights
