Ralph Lauren Corporation is seeking an International Customer Service Associate to support day-to-day wholesale operations for the APAC market on a temporary basis. You will coordinate with Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, Logistics and Fulfilment teams, ensuring accurate data updates and timely task completion.

Aufgaben

• Support day-to-day wholesale operations for APAC market, including order loading, order tracking, order release follow-up, delivery updates, and basic customer service support
• Assist the Wholesale Sales team by preparing reports, updating files, and helping to follow-up on operational actions
• Help maintain accurate order, delivery, and customer information in internal systems
• Prepare sales and operational data for review by the team, highlighting any missing or incorrect information
• Use ERP and other internal systems to enter, update, and check information following agreed processes
• Communicate with internal teams such as Sales, Finance, Logistics, Business Operations, and Fulfilment/Revenue to collect information and support daily tasks
• Respond to operational questions from internal stakeholders and elevate more complex issues to the appropriate team member
• Support the team in following processes, templates, and deadlines
• Assist with the use of new tools and processes by completing assigned tasks and sharing feedback with the team
• Maintain organized records, trackers, and shared documents to support the smooth running of the team
• Take part in team meetings, training sessions, and process reviews
• 2 years experience in an administrative, customer service, sales support, or operations support role
• Interest in learning about wholesale, sales operations, and business processes
• Understanding of order management, customer service, or retail/wholesale environments is an advantage
• Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes accurately
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working with Excel and Outlook
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well as part of a team
• Experience with SAP ECC/S4 Hana
• Fluent in English; any other language is an asset

Temporary contract

This is a support-focused role within the International Customer Service team. As International Customer Service Associate, you will help with the day-to-day administration of wholesale operations, including order follow-up, basic reporting, system updates, and coordination with internal teams. You will work closely with Sales Operations, Sales, Finance, Logistics, Business Operations, and Fulfilment/Revenue teams to help ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time. This role is well suited to someone who is organized, detail-oriented, eager to learn, and comfortable working with data and business systems.
