Qualifikationen

• 2 years of administrative, customer service, sales support, or operations experience.
• Interest in wholesale and sales operations.
• Understanding of order management or retail/wholesale environments is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel and Outlook.
• Organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple tasks.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
• Experience with SAP ECC/S4 Hana.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.

Aufgaben

• Support day-to-day wholesale operations for APAC market, including order loading and tracking.
• Assist the Wholesale Sales team by preparing reports and following up on actions.
• Maintain accurate order, delivery, and customer data in internal systems.
• Prepare sales and operational data for team review and highlight issues.
• Use ERP and internal systems to enter, update, and verify information.
• Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Logistics, and other teams.
• Respond to operational questions and escalate complex issues as needed.
• Support processes, templates, and deadlines across the team.
• Assist with new tools by completing tasks and sharing feedback.
• Maintain organized trackers and documents for smooth operations.
• Participate in meetings and training sessions.
