YouHodler in Lausanne is seeking a Financial Operations & Reconciliation Specialist to join the Swiss Finance team. You will manage day-to-day payment and financial operations across fiat and crypto flows, ensuring accurate processing and proper reflection in our accounts.

This role sits at the intersection of accounting, payment operations, treasury and digital assets, and offers exposure to intercompany reconciliations, ERP entries, and collaboration with external partners and auditors.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience in accounting or financial operations.
• Background in banking, fintech, or payments.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Experience with ERP accounting systems.
• Intercompany accounting experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day payment and financial operations across fiat and crypto.
• Process and reconcile transactions across banks, PSPs, exchanges.
• Perform accounting entries and reflect transactions in ERP.
• Own reconciliation processes and investigate discrepancies.
• Prepare financial reports and datasets using Excel, Metabase, and other tools.
• Collaborate with Finance, Treasury, Operations, PSPs, and auditors.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
