Job summary

Jobgether partners with a fintech in Switzerland to hire a Treasury Manager. You will oversee day-to-day treasury and payment operations across multiple currencies and jurisdictions, reporting to Head of Treasury.

This hands-on role drives liquidity management, cash forecasting, and regulatory-ready processes in a fast-moving, regulated environment. You will collaborate with Finance, Accounting and Engineering to improve controls, automate reporting, and support upcoming e-money authorisations

Qualifications

3–5 years in treasury or payment operations in fintech/crypto.
Experience with corporate payments, approvals, banking portals, and cash management.
Knowledge of multi-currency reconciliations and payment controls.
English fluency and CET/EET time-zone availability.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end payment operations across multiple providers and jurisdictions.
Improve payment workflows, increase frequency, and strengthen invoice checks.
Own cash and crypto reporting with multi-currency reconciliation.
Maintain safeguarding and regulatory readiness for e-money requirements.
Manage liquidity, forecasting, and settlement funding.
Collaborate with Finance Systems and Engineering to automate reporting.
