Merkle, a dentsu company, is seeking a CRM & Loyalty Architect in Zürich to design and deliver best-in-class CRM solutions built on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform. You will act as a trusted adviser, guiding architecture, implementation, and pre-sales activities across CRM and loyalty initiatives.

You will lead architecture discussions, define integration patterns between Dynamics 365, Dataverse, and surrounding systems, and collaborate with clients and delivery teams.

Qualifikationen

• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Strong architecture and integration design skills.
• Client-facing consulting experience in CRM projects.
• Migration programs and data governance experience.
• Experience with multi-system landscapes.

Aufgaben

• Lead architecture and design of CRM & Loyalty solutions.
• Translate business needs into scalable architectures.
• Define integration patterns with Dataverse and Dynamics.
• Support pre-sales activities and RFP responses.
• Provide technical leadership across delivery lifecycle.
