Qualifikationen

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform in enterprise settings.
• Experience deploying, operating, or owning CRM, customer service, or contact centre platforms.
• Knowledge of enterprise data and analytics platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Azure Databricks.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical, scalable, and secure solutions.

Aufgaben

• Drive implementation, transition, and operationalization of customer service and CRM into production operations and service ownership.
• Act as SME for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform capabilities, advising stakeholders on design and adoption.
• Manage platform enhancements, release planning, configuration changes, and new Microsoft tech adoption.
• Coordinate vendors, stakeholders, support teams, and architects for successful delivery and continuous improvement.
• Gather and translate business requirements into scalable, secure solutions balancing value and feasibility.
• Monitor performance, usage trends, issues, and outcomes to identify optimization opportunities.
• Contribute to roadmap planning, governance, cost management, architecture reviews, and expansion initiatives.
