Job summary

TechOhana Ltd in Bern, Switzerland, is seeking a CRM Application Manager to own the Salesforce platform through go-live and beyond. Based in Bern, you will configure and maintain the CRM and work with the implementation partner during go-live.

• Hands-on Salesforce experience in a nonprofit setting (NPSP/Nonprofit Cloud).
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud.
• Fluent German and English at C1 or above.
• Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship.
• Experience across Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Nonprofit).
• Has been through at least one Salesforce implementation or go-live.
• Based in Bern; on-site three days a week, rest from home.
• Start in 2027; a three-month notice period is fine.

TechOhana have partnered with a well-established Swiss non-profit organisation to bring on a CRM Application Manager in Bern.

They're midway through a Salesforce implementation, with go-live planned for early 2027. From there, this person owns the platform full-time.

You'll run and develop their Salesforce CRM. That means configuring and maintaining the platform, working alongside the implementation partner through go-live, supporting the marketing and fundraising teams in Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, and turning requests from the business into working solutions.

• Hands-on Salesforce experience in a non-profit setting (Nonprofit Cloud or NPSP)
• Practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud
• Fluent German and English, both at C1 or above
• Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship
• Experience across all three clouds
• You've been through at least one Salesforce implementation or go-live
• Based in Bern, on-site three days a week, the rest from home
• Easy by train: several of the team commute in from Zürich and work on the way
• Start in 2027, so a three-month notice period is no problem
