TechOhana is partnering with a well-established Swiss non-profit to recruit a CRM Application Manager in Bern. The role leads the Salesforce CRM, configurations, and collaboration with the implementation partner through go-live, while supporting Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud for fundraising and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce experience in a non-profit setting (Nonprofit Cloud or NPSP).
• Practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud.
• Fluent German and English, both at C1 or above.
• Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship.

Responsibilities

• Run and develop the Salesforce CRM for the organisation.
• Configure and maintain the platform and work with the implementation partner through go-live.
• Support Marketing and Fundraising teams in Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud.
• Translate business requests into working Salesforce solutions.

TechOhana have partnered with a well-established Swiss non-profit organisation to bring on a CRM Application Manager in Bern. They're midway through a Salesforce implementation, with go-live planned for early 2027. From there, this person owns the platform full-time.

The role:

You'll run and develop their Salesforce CRM. That means configuring and maintaining the platform, working alongside the implementation partner through go-live, supporting the marketing and fundraising teams in Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud, and turning requests from the business into working solutions.

What you'll bring:

• Hands-on Salesforce experience in a non-profit setting (Nonprofit Cloud or NPSP)
• Practical experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud
• Fluent German and English, both at C1 or above
• Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship

Nice to have (bonus, not required):

• Experience across all three clouds
• You've been through at least one Salesforce implementation or go-live
