Job summary

TechOhana Ltd is seeking a seasoned Salesforce professional to own and develop the platform, including Industry Cloud, Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud. You will collaborate with the project lead and key users while reviewing deliverables from external partners.

The role requires hands-on administration, strong configuration skills, and a focus on data quality. On-site presence is expected three days a week in Switzerland.

Qualifications

Hands-on Salesforce administration and development experience.
Experience with Industry Cloud, Marketing Cloud or Data Cloud (2 of 3).
Strong knowledge of Flow, data modeling, and security concepts.

Responsibilities

Own the stable operation and technical development of the Salesforce platform.
Administer and configure Salesforce: users, roles and permissions, flows and automation, and the data model.
Work with key users to analyse requirements, design solutions and deliver enhancements independently.
Write technical specifications, assess new requirements and coordinate with stakeholders.
Review solutions built by external partners for quality and maintainability.
Collaborate with data analysts to maintain data quality.
